The next is the way in which we usually work together with each of our international clients:

Step 1

Identification of our client

First of all we need to understand your needs.

– Who are you…? 

– What is your business…?

– How can we help you…?

– Do you need top delicatessen, gourmet, exclusive, difficult to find top quality products or bigger volume products with the lower prices as possible…? We can help you with both.

– Products for HORECA or for Retail channels…? Online sales…?

– Are you a big importer that needs direct contracts and direct purchases from each of our partners in Spain or do you want us to purchase products, pick them up from different producers for you, group them and send them together to your country…?

Step 2

Identification of correct producers and products for our client:

First of all we will offer products from our continuously increasing portfolio of selected products and producers from Spain. 

If you cannot find what you need we can help you by searching for and contacting new products or producers in Spain if needed. 

Step 3

Collection of updated information, quotations and negotiation of best purchase conditions on your behalf from each supplier

Most of the times we can obtain much better conditions than direct negotiations between clients and producers since we have already built a long, solid and successful commercial and personal relationships with our suppliers (most of them already know us for a very long time and 100% rely on the honest, transparent and productive way in which we have already shown we have always fulfilled our commercial activity for them during many years) and because of the quantities that we are already buying and selling from them in other markets.

Step 4

Fulfilment of different purchases from different suppliers

In any case and unlike any other distributor in Spain, although it is us who buy and sell products, our selected international clients and partners always know and have direct contact with each and every producer from whom we are supplying our products to them:

Either personally (because they have been invited to Spain to visit the factories or because suppliers have visited and offered support to them at their countries), and/or

By e-meetings and online presentations for their clients and/or staffs that we continuously organize together with them.

Our clients and international partners have direct access to each producer by phone or by email whenever needed although it is usually us who fulfil purchases and carry out every procedure within Spain.

This is the only way in which a sustainable and profitable business can be built, with total transparency and reliability among all parts.

Step 5

Production period

Once each order has been fulfilled, we take very good care of production processes and push producers in order to fulfil agreed deadlines.

Step 6

Internal logistics within Spain

When products have been prepared we organize internal pick-ups of products from each location in Spain. We have contracts with the most efficient national logistic Companies (with and without temperature-controlled transportation, depending the requirements), products are served in less than 24-48h.

Step 7

Warehousing services if consolidation of different producers is necessary

Products are usually brought to “our” warehouse in Navarra, the place where we keep them in optimal conditions until international general collection is arranged.

We rent the space and timing that is strictly necessary for each delivery at the best rates that we have already obtained from our logistic partners. We don’t have our own warehouse and consequently any fixed costs because there is no need for it. Each time we use what we need, we pay for it and add costs to our invoice for the client. 

We have service contracts with different warehouses in differente locations in Spain although our most frequent “consolidation” location is the “Transport City”, in the ourskirts of Pamplona (Navarra) in the north of Spain where we always personally control reception of goods, warehousing services and loading processes for our clients:

Standard warehousing services without controlled temperature if not required.
Or special warehousing services with controlled temperature when products demand it (highly recommended).

Processing of export documentations from each producer

Customs clearances services if needed

We can also take care of Customs clearance processes directly in Navarra through our Customs Agents if our client demands this service from us or in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Vigo or any other Spanish port. We have service partners in most of them. 

Step 10

International logistic services if needed

As already mentioned we always attend each international loading, take pictures and report any possible incidence to our clients.

If needed we can also handle international logistics until your country.
