Before moving to Spain, I thought for a long time – to go or not to go, well, what will I do there, how and where to work…. I knew that the first time would not be easy. And I came up with an idea in my mind that I would sell cider to Russia. I liked the cider in the Basque Country so much!! It’s a completely different drink from the one that is sold in our country. It’s fresh, natural apple juice, with that very small fraction of gas that forms when poured into a glass… the first sip is unclear, the second one makes you want more,,, and then you can’t stop))) it’s a great alternative to our beer, which I started to promote in my head a few years ago… And now… I’m selling cider! Circumstances have turned out so that the most impossible idea has become a reality! We work with the most famous cider house Zapiain, which I am very proud of!The name Zapiain has been linked to the production of sagardoa since at least the 16th century, in full splendor of the production of Basque cider. This growth occurred in conjunction with the development of whaling, considered a pioneering industry in the Basque Country.
